Redcar Bears - Nicolai Klindt, Simon Lambert r/r, Jake Mulford, Jason Edwards, Jake Allen, Vinnie Foord, Jody Scott

Edinburgh at full strength, Redcar have Monarchs Academy rider Vinnie Foord in place of Ace Pijper and R/R for Simon Lambert. Redcar have a very good recent record at Armadale so I think it will be close with the Bears favourites for the aggregate bonus.

What’s up with Lambert apart from being useless

Can only see a home win with Monarchs too strong throughout for a weakened Bears . 
Pity as with Pijper Bears reserves may have made it interesting but with Lambert also missing with a ‘ speedway related injury ‘ ( ? ) can only see a comfortable home win with the bonus point added.

I'll put money on R/R scoring more than Lambert would've.

Not the first time a rider has failed to make an appearance at Edinburgh but he actually did ok around Plymouth .

He did crash at Plymouth last Saturday. Although he had finished his rides( apart from heat 15), it was announced he had been withdrawn from the meeting. Don’t know why but presuming a leg injury the way he was walking 🤷‍♂️

Let’s hope Jake Allen’s shoulder is ok as well, missed Plymouth but Edinburgh equally as hard a place to get round 🤞

Think it’ll be close this one, Bonus will depend on what version of Klindt turns up for the bears.

IMO being optimistic  to even consider Monarchs might get the bonus, imo we'll be doing well to win, given r/r for Lambert  @ no2 (Edwards, Mulford, Scottx2?) will probably score more than Simon would be expected to get.
