6 riders in that team potentially will be missing over several weekends for official FIM U19  U21 and U24 events plus GP2 qualifying and main events, then various European championships, at times these young riders will be required more for these events and missing Poole and any other team that they may have signed for. Could be a reason not to sign a young team with potential
