NC86 Posted yesterday at 12:36 PM Author Report Share Posted yesterday at 12:36 PM So Oxford signing Brennan alongside Masters means the one 8 point rider rule has been scrapped (do Poole have more than one rider over 8?) which means the Bears could sign Nicolai Klindt (who was at the awards night on saturday) as a twin spearhead alongside Charles Wright, would mean some jiggery pockery with the rest of the team as Scott and Southwick already signed up for 2027. Also means one massive wage bill as it’s well known Klindt doesn’t come cheap. Think King is a more likely option, wage wise and points limit . TTT
Klindt has signed for Czestochowa in Poland. The 1-7 picks itself really. 1. C. Wright 2. J. Mulford 3. J. Edwards 4. J. Scott 5. D. King 6. A. Pijper 7. C. Southwick

I think you are missing the point, most teams are having to weaken significantly to get back within the points limit and so keeping the Bears team similar with a much stronger back up to Wright with King as second heat leader is not too bad at all.
