Ipswich 2016

Recommended Posts

I'm fairly sure CL has his 7 in mind, as do most other promoters. But if I was a rider I wouldn't sign until Glasgow have completed their team. It's only a short career, and you'd be a fool to turn down the sort of money they're paying. The word on the grassbanks of Mildura the other night was, Berwick thought Richie Worrall would be there, until Glasgow came along with £50 a point more than they offered, can't turn that down.

Everybody knows what thought does.thats Speedway promoters for you no interest for the sport in General.Always has been this way ,so nothing new.

Do the promoters conclude the second part of their jolly this week?

Totally agree Baldyman. Especially as the 3 pointers are a free for all rather than a draft.

You can then effectively have 4 heat leaders.

Of course you have to be able to afford it too......

Oh I didn't know it was a free for all on the not so draft rider. Money is defo gonna talk then. Let's hope we have a bit of money to get someone half decent.

Next season I think you are better off with 2 3 point reserves and the strongest top 5 you can get.

Reserves with 23 point averages I'm up for that 😀

Looks like someone bought Dick Barrie a pint of Aussie beer, that's all it would take.!!!!!

I have a feeling it could be one of those seasons where we end up with the dregs no one else wants.

...be cheap though

As has already been mentioned Bjerre has signed for Redcar, this could be quite an expensive winter for you.
