King's Lynn V Poole 27/4/16 7.30pm (skysports)

Recommended Posts

The BSPA MC have decided that as Robson has an EL average from 2014/15 (even though no EL place this season), they have blocked the move even though the rule to allow a 6pt PL rider is correct!!!??

Josh Bates steps in for Wednesday!!

One small victory for common sense.

Whatever next?

Now thats been cleared up I hope all the people on here saying Poole were cheating or bending the rules will have the courtesy to apologise.

It was obvious Poole were not cheating but the usual suspects just cant help themselves. Time and again egg splatters over their faces.

so it was all above bored was it???? Now who has egg on his face. Yet again Poole tried it on and thought they knew the rules better than anyone an oops they got it wrong!!! Brilliant you couldn't make it up. We will await our apologies Mr Shovlar. Poole couldn't use Robson and have now brought in Bates. But that Matt Ford never tried to get away with anything!!

So the new chairman is no different to the old one in overiding/ignoring a rule to suit his own team.

Funny thing is, after all this and 17 pages of debate looks like the rain will win anyway!

Tut Tut TUT to all those thinking that Matt would try to pull a fast one!!!! :-)

Would be nice if some of the :icon_smile_clown: s on here would stop jumping to conclusions and permantly speculating that Matt cheats. He knows the rules better than most..

comedy gold boys! Matt Ford knows the rules better than anyone does he??? Lol obviously not trying to pull a fast one yet again!! Same old story with Poole year after year

The fans were almost right

Except for dear old Shovlar and Starman whose heads were so far up Mr Fords derriere that they told us all that we were all wrong when all along they were!!

Its gone very very quiet

Before people start gloating too much, Robson guesting for Newman was fully within the main & supplementary Regs. What I hope happened is that someone at the top table saw how ridiculous that was and they've added an extra restriction to stop the move.

You just cant use a riders PL average when he has a genuine EL (2015) one.

Yeh we all get it your hate for anything Poole. Lets se if your still gloating come October. In the meantime don't you have a PL team to support ? Perhaps add to the Ippo V Somerset meeting thread.. Or maybe not !!!

An add on to the add on. Seems fair.

So the use of Robson has been over ruled even though it is in the rules.

Bates for Newman takes the pendulum firmly towards a Kings Lynn victory as Bates doesn't have anywhere near the scoring potential of Newman.

If its rained off I wont be minding as we will come back full strength.

47-43 ish

Really do you believe the stuff you write?

Bates is the British Under 21 champion and beat both Lambert and Ellis to the title. I saw him on Saturday and he was very good. Bates will be a better rider than Newman if he isn't all ready.

Answer me this.

Is Robson not riding because its not allowed??? By the way the answer is yes.

You can once you've read "Tier 1 EDR who are missing can be replaced by any rider on the EDR List that is below them or any PL British Rider that has a lower PL Average than the missing rider, apart from any PL rider that is declared in an EL 1-5"

The good thing is that they've made up a new rule to redress a ridiculous situation which they need to keep using. The bad thing is they've added a rule to a rule added to the original rule which all contradict themselves and other rules.
