Not sure we can have one with Tobi being 4th on the averages. I expect an 28 day replacement to be announced In the coming days. The club will have had to declare this today.

18.10.1 If the absent rider, with an established MA, is in the Top 1 – 5 of the Team, then the Missing rider’s MA will be enhanced by + 5% at a Home Meeting to determine the allowance for the Guest
rider.

This rule below seems to suggest otherwise to me.I'm assuming the rule you have is when a team may have 2 riders missing and are opting to use a guest for number 4 or 5 and R/R for 1-3.Who knows,that's how i read it anyway.

18.8 FACILITIES

A Absent rider (s) 1-3 by MA    G or RR

B 1 absent rider 4-5 by MA        RR (unless RR is already being used then it’s a G)

C Both riders 4-5                         RR x 1, G x 1 at the Team Managers discretion

D Absent 6-7                               G

E ‘No Facility’

Premiership 1-7 Rider with a SGBC MA of 4 or less but lower than the missing rider

Championship 1-7 NDL G* not declared in a SGBP & SGBC team

You've saved me a bit of typing there, as I was just about to post that rule.  I think Stevebrum has read rule 18.10 first without reading 18.8 , which as you say refers to a team who may have 2 riders missing in which case a guest maybe used  for riders 4 & 5 in the averages
