Dead right. Our friend should grow up.

I hope we put on something of a show, both as a Diamonds supporter and for the sake of the, er, good natured bumper sun-soaked holiday crowd ((c) S Shovlar 2021)

Oh, and for our own Dandelion ;-)

It is well known that the Final score doesn’t always reflect the standard of the racing.Entertainment is what matters to majority of fans.(what’s left of them).

It could happen. Ask Rye House fans who went to Exeter. We only scored 29 at home which was the biggest defeat I have witnessed at home in my 46 years of watching. By the way just for the record I think they will get more than they did at home.

The Poole track is abysmal. Embarrassing state of affairs. Scrape off any bit of dirt before the start and a dust bowl on the warm up laps.

No real racing. The traffic light show behind bend three has been more interesting.

Should be perfect conditions to prepare a decent race track but no, another nail in the coffin for British speedway.

At least ben basso looks like the real deal if he don't  get hurt first

Lots of water before the meeting but looked crusty and grippy for heat one. They have taken early interval and been grading with blade. Looks better now. No more watering though. On riders instructions.

Basso looks like a serious talent. Clearly over trying on his first meeting he had heat 8 sewn up but fell on lap three on his own. Full throttle but needs to realise throttle goes both way and when clear doesn’t need to push so hard.

From what we have seen looks heat leader quality no problem once he settles in.

Don't get this lack of water on tracks recently and the resulting dust bowls.  ( Poole are not alone.) No  one seems to get enough water into the base of the track early enough  in the day.  Addidng a sprinkle on top surface during the meeting - its toooooo late just makes the track slippery and un rideale.

Bumpy as hell and nothing to keep the riders upright. Terrible track conditions. No excuse for it.

Surely the BSPA should be looking into this dump now.
