Conkers 67 Posted April 4, 2022 18 hours ago, JamesHarris said: Weber is throwing this away big time I thought he was playing it safe in his first two rides, as he only needed to finish 5th to win. His fall in his third ride when leading was silly then to get caught out on the 2 minute rule in his fourth! His face said it all on the rostrum. Anyway well done to Martin Haarahiltunen, after an unbeaten performance on Sunday. FINAL 4 Result: (Heat scores in brackets) Haarahiltunen 20 (15), Simon 18 (12), Hutla 16 (12), Hornell 14 (12), Bauer 12 (11), Divis 11 (8), Iwema 10 (8), Koivula 9 (7), Weber 8 (7), Mayerbuchler 7 (7), Soderstrom 6 (5), Sætre 5 (4) Wildt 4 (4) Ahlbom 3 (2), Monn 2 (2) Schaap 1 (1), Ala-Riihimaki 0 (0) GRAND FINAL: (Re-Run) Haarahiltunen, Simon, Hutla, Hornell (fx)

Schwantz34 17 Posted April 6, 2022 I've only just read that Weber was beaten to the world title. I really can't believe my eyes and feel absolutely gutted for him. Congratulations to Martin Haaruhiltunen, here's hoping we get a full calendar with riders of all nationalities next year.
