  1. Past hour
  2. No team previews for this yet, so I'm assuming two full teams? As long as Rowe, Flint and Howarth come through tonight okay. So what is everyone thinking final score wise?
  3. Leicester to dish out a good old tonking. The real challenge will be for Tatum, Nicholls and Abbie to sustain the attention of the TV audience
  4. Can’t use a rider from another play off side or a rider who’s already guested for a play off side. Which would rule Edwards out. we don’t have much in the way of options but Jake Allen probably being the best of them.
  5. Are there any pole dancers there for interval entertainment.
  6. So they are on level grounds with the gp series then.
  7. Today
  8. A’rry will chuck his pension pot in to assist I’m sure
  9. fully expecting the track to be six inches deep in shale and wetter than a bonnie blue mattress
  10. You tend to only quote part of my Post. The Sheffield track on Thursday seemed to be ok,the riders rode accordingly.Speedway in GB still has its moments.
  11. R/r would not be a disadvantage as Grahn, Loftus and Kye do well at Glasgow, Paco is not that great round there, only got 6 last time
  12. its all a big assumption that NONE of the gp riders would want to ride though, you've picked some of the weakest teams and ruled every big rider out, which wouldnt be the case.
  13. We will have to wait and see to what extent the changes are “interesting” or otherwise but most probably nothing more than something to dumb down the league competition on the basis of survival tactics rather than introducing something resembling a plan for growth. I really do hope I’m wrong but nothing in terms of changes made by the collective promoters during the past decade give me faith to the contrary.
  14. Looking forward to this, Leicester must feel this is theirs to lose but if Sheffield open with a 5-1 or two then its anyones! Afterall Sheffield had a very hadny leg after 4-5 races and it all was gradually chipped away at!
  15. Well, somebody should have told Jack Holder that last Thursday night vs Leicester, his 2 races vs Douglas and Fricke were incredibly risky and a joy to watch. Whether that was more down to personal rivalry than club rivalry is probably a fair question to ask, it certainly wouldn't have been for the money. But don't be too quick to do British Speedway down, it still has its moments
  16. If reports he got booed at Sheffield are correct think he wont need much firing up 😉 Sheffield are capable of springing a good result away as we have seen this season a couple of times, But with Fricke who has been brilliant this season, Masters and Douglas also going well its a difficult task, Hopefully Becker picks up his form for the Lions, that was my one doubt with the Lions as R/R worked so well. Having said all that im going for a comfortable home win.
