Extraleague Sunday 3rd August
THE DEAN MACHINE replied to racers and royals's topic in International World of Speedway
I agree about the rule but as we are at the moment it isn’t a rule and therefore someone had to go -

If that was lap 2 I'd have excluded Pedersen for knocking Lidsey off. However, Holder moved him out and it wasn't his fault either. Time for a common sense rule when no rider is actually at fault. -

Common sense isn’t a rule, there should be a rule for such events but there isn’t so you implement the rule that is in place, what would ref of done if that was on next lap ? Lidsey was the only one that caused the stoppage, he was on the floor, the only reason it was stopped, fault or not -

Lidsey only one not to blame for the stoppage IMO. Ref used common sense and would like it used more often. -

No bumps last night. Track was prepared smooth as it's been all season just to suit Mr. Courtney's Oxford team -

Maybe he doesn't wear his glasses while riding there, if you can't see the bumps they can't harm you -

He can stay where he is, as far as I'm concerned.

SuperStarsFan91 replied to Bald Bloke's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
He is definitely coming back, that was never in question. I wanted him replaced because he was coming back too late, not because he wasn’t coming back at all 🤷🏻♂️ we should have been able to use Lewi tomorrow night anyway, that 8 day guest rule is absolutely mindblowingly rubbish! -

Don’t shoot the messenger 😂 I’m just saying what they said on TV… holder moved over so then did Pedersen and then hit lidsey so no one was to blame -

THE DEAN MACHINE replied to racers and royals's topic in International World of Speedway
So he interrupted a rule that doesn’t exist and made up a rule that he believes does exist and although fair on all the riders went against the rule book, only reason race was stopped was lidsey on floor therefor the cause of the stoppage, yes the rule book is at fault here but rules are rules -
You never know, he might come back. Lynn have kept his parking space in case.

Glasgow have no intention of dumping him, even if there was a better option, Max is not far away from getting regular points, he is keeping pace even if not in a scoring position
