  1. Past hour
  2. Eight years ago was a long time and with having the last two out perhaps this is a signing for next season, with this one getting used to racing again and lowering that 8.82 average just a little. Time will tell.
  3. Should have gone for the tac sub in heat 10, then could have switched reserves around so that Sedgeman wasn't in heat14. its almost as if he waited so he could use Jack as the tac sub
  4. Agree with the first part of your statement however Cook won't be going to Redcar.
  5. An RS is on a standard deal, so Sam costs the same per point as Jason!
  6. Had Brum announced Hagon as an injury rep for Edwards, then when fit Edwards would have to had returned to the line up whether he wanted to or not, either that or ask to come off the Rising Star list! As soon as he was fit, he then became an eligible RS as he wasn't in anyone's declared 1-7 Jason is a smashing lad and I wish him nothing but the best
  7. Some questionable decisions from Mr Stead again last night with regards to rider selection, tac sub etc. Does he actually know the rules? Its not the first time his decisions have been questioned. Or is it a case of he doesn't want to make a decision without prior approval from the owners? In addition to this is appear when they win its down to him and if they loose its the riders underperforming. What is he doing to motivate them? He could benefit from reading some sports phycology books. At times I think Sheffield win trophy's despite Simon Stead.
  8. How many did he score at Lynn? He would be at reserve if it wasn't for Sedgman struggling more. As soon as he has one bad meeting certain people jump on it every time whether it is for Poole or not.
  9. Kerr 5.62 and Sedgmen 4.44 so a total of 10.06 to play with assuming that’s the 2 who go the averages are that from 1st August. think Sheffield need to do something to get them challenging for the title very inconsistent in the no4 and 6 berth, imo they need some form of heatleader and then a 3.00 rider as flint or Rowe at reserve would take there ride. Potentially Morris could be an option as would fit the bill as a no4 id say, think his average would be around 6.5
  10. A late decision of an additional fixture on Monday 28th is Zielona Gora v Torun Zielona Gora 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 Torun 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
  11. On the BSPA website. Clearly going through the motions which was clear to see Wednesday, he’s been great for British Speedway but think he has lost fight on the bike and gives up easy, surely a better option could be available now?
  12. I think he should be at reserve for Sheffield he isnt good enough anymore to be higher up in a Premiership team. He has been ok for Poole recently.
  13. Sheffield could try and tempt Robert Lambert over for the remainder of the season, but would have to lose Rowe and Kerr for it to be possible... Gilkes would fit. Although that would push Flint into the main body of the team, leaving Sedgmen and Gilkes at reserve. It would be a big gamble and would leave the Tigers with 4 very big hitters at home, but perhaps too long of a tail away from Owlerton.
  14. We have 2 comets riding for redcar tonight and against them on sat, speedway shoots itself again, anyone think craig will end up at redcar?
  15. Today
  16. Give it a rest. What's the cut of age for a troll these days.. But i'll bite.. Oh, when were Poole at Sheffield?, I must of missed that one. Oh yeah, he wasn't riding for you... It was in a different league.. Oh, neither was Lawson riding for you, who scored 4 in the same meeting for Sheffield. You must of forgot, or wasn't you bothered because he wasn't riding for you?. Same as Lewi then.. Utter dregs, the pair of them
  17. Tobias Thomsen for Klindt? You’d prefer RR with Nicholls, Barker, Joe T and Fredriksen/Bowtell surely? Guests make a mockery of this sport.
  18. Fricke has been fantastic, I don't think using his replacement ride so early is the best use of him. Masters is usually in Heat 1 when they use r/r at 2
  19. How can that be? Riss average is listed 7.12 and Sedgmen is7.13?
  20. Connor Mountain and Jye Etheridge were my immediate thoughts, but don't know if they would fit with the averages. What I do know is that if we go into the playoffs with our current team we won't beat any of the others over 2 legs. As well as replacing Kerr and Sedgmen, somebody also needs to buy Jack Holder a new pair of gating gloves as his starts have been woeful for Sheffield this season.
  21. This one's on BSN. They are currently showing Tobias Thomsen at 2 for the Gladiators with Tom Spencer at 7 ... And for the Cheetahs, Starke at 2, R/R at 3 and Zaine Kennedy riding number 4. Plymouth Gladiators: Scott Nicholls, Tobias Thomsen (G), Lasse Fredriksen, Joe Thompson, Ben Barker (C), Alfie Bowtell, Tom Spencer (G) Oxford Cheetahs: Sam Masters (C), Paul Starke (G), R/R, Zaine Kennedy (G), Cameron Heeps, Francis Gusts, Luke Killeen.
  22. Morris has already signed for Berwick from the start of August
  23. In the star it says Sedgmen is the guest on Saturday for Riss.
