I would be very surprised if the Pirates gamble on Bowes being ready for the start of the season I think they will source a replacement especially with the disappointing showing from Bowes in Australia.
-
If my Sainsburys stop stocking it i will just order it from the newsagents my friend does and recieves it Thursday mornings no problem, i never had a problem with postal delivery until last year
-
Well that is a bonus
-
Done. Fingers crossed.
-
According to the Kings Lynn NDT team manager…..they’ve got one !😜
-
Redcar…..you heard wrong. When they did actually ride on the proper race night they got a very good crowd but running at different times ( 6pm, 3pm , 12 noon ! ) on different days did affect the crowd, but it was still decent for NDL.

Hi Mick I'm just getting the story about dubious goings on with the council through the link nothing I can see to vote for you guys ? -
The question marks would be Tai coming back from a horrendous injury the fella is tough as boots physically and mentally , his recovery from where he was is something from the gods but will there be something in the back of his mind after looking near death in the face hopefully he will prove me wrong and have a safe season. Tobi needs to get back to his Sheffield form he seems to flourish as the number two heat leader. Becker I really like and if he came hopefully with a bit of help from Tai he could kick on to being an eight point plus man same with Brennan hopefully would make the next step up. Jeppenson I rate but would prefer him at six but granted with a lower points limit that's not doable without weakening elsewhere.
-
Plus you get Pete's PR skills also.
-
Luke Killeen needs to kick on
-
It all makes too much sense when you really think about it. Probably Pete's one and only chance to get back into the top level of the Sport in the UK considering the PREM only has a few teams. Don't see a scenario where another opportunity would open up at PREM level when it comes to BV, KL, LEI and SHE.
-
Don’t want him battering more old folk. Costs loads also to house and feed all these illegal imigrants
-
What i probably meant to say is im surprised no ones complained after moving in
-
I saw him say last year he was keen to get back in and it won't be with Wolves anytime soon if ever so this might be his chance

The White Knight started following Workington 2026 , Gentleman George R.I.P. and Bob Valentine RIP

George Barclay, a true gentleman. I knew him from his days riding for Sunderland 'Stars' from 1971 to 1974, when Sunderland closed. I can never remember George doing anything out of order on the Track. He was a very good and fair rider. I got to know him better through our Sunderland Speedway Reunions. He would talk about the old days with a sense of fun, and enthusiasm. His finest achievement must have been the work, effort and fundraising that he, and his wife Linda, put in to the Speedway Museum. It is undoubtedly true that without their stirling efforts, there would be no Speedway Museum in existence. I always thoought that he never seemed to get the recognition that he deserved. My condolences go to his wife, Linda, and to his many friends both inside and outside Speedway. I will always remember him with a smile. R.I.P. + George.

But scored majority of the points from reserve, did ok at home in the stronger heats, but when guesting in a No 2 or 4 position did not score as well. But had a good year for the Comets

We would be eternally grateful if you could spare two minutes to cast a vote for us. The sponsor of the event is the company that evicted us, the awkwardness if we won would be epic. No offence to James or other returning riders but these names come up year on year simply because there isn't enough good riders coming through and those that do end up abroad. Most CL heat leaders could have been considering retirement 5 years ago but as there simply isn't the numbers progressing and staying in the UK they remain in the sport for longer and longer.
-
Perhaps they could persuade Beau Bailey to come in short term

Obviously you are a poet................. and don't know it. 😉🤣
