  1. Past hour
  2. Hopefully the fanzone will be better this year with more outlets for food , drink merchandise etc Last years fanzine was poor to say the least.
  3. They are on there mobiles or tablets that’s why there is a shortage
  4. Availability of young riders, if you look at the riders in the league and take away the older guys late 30s up take away the Aussie's and danes then you don't have many UK riders left
  5. It’s the British tracks that are the issue
  6. That pit gate has been nothing but trouble these last couple of years. Now we are going to get an air fence that is being shared and gonna get punctured in transit
  7. Is there a schedule of events for the days of the Grand Prix? Didn't go last year but have been to Cardiff plenty of times so just wondered if they do the Fanzone or anything similar?
  8. Today
  9. I've got a couple of 2 day tickets for the South Stand up for grabs if anyone interested... Face value, DM if interested Cheers
  10. No younger riders? Like William Cairns, Cooper Rushen, Jody Scott, Luke Harrison, Ryan Ingram for example?
  11. He didn’t go missing, he got injured!
  12. IMO all Kennet does is fill in a blank space, yes a gating tart, but a few of the tracks will be new to him as the last time he was programmed to ride in this league he went missing for the season after 3 laps . Seems to be an OAP league these days, no younger riding coming through
  13. Well I was on about his Denmark contract but whatever. Ban him fair enough, then what? A guest? A lower rider facility? Can’t win because then it’ll be people twining about having to use guests etc like always!! As long as the Redcar promotion are informed of it and like I said earlier, the relevant paperwork is there, then suck it up.
  14. I wish them all the best as we know they have a huge task on their hands that sadly beat the likes of John Berry, Chris Louis, Jonathon Chapman and Adrian Smith etc. To be honest the sport was starting to struggle when I started going in 1984 it had lost Penhall and shortly after lost Carter and Sanders every year in winter 2-3 tracks were in trouble but there were normally 2-3 people ready to step in and take over the track/s where now days there is minimal interest from new outside promoters. Buster does take a lot of flak (a lot of which is fair) but he has kept Lynn running when he doesn't really want to be involved, he also wants to keep losses to a minimum now he's getting on a bit and as far as I'm aware there's been near zero interest in anyone taking the team off his hands.
  15. Sure they would rather not do 2 in a day but officials, riders and fans travel, hotels would surely come into any discussions along with a detailed weather forecast.
  16. Yet met office is showing 60-90% chance of rain all afternoon and evening. Let's wait and see before we start the abuse shall we ?
  17. But is he a better rider than the points scored by rider replacement or guests?
