  1. Past hour
  2. Let's hope the meeting starts promptly and is rushed through by 9ish.
  3. With the 'official' statement today from Premiership CEO Phil Morris, does this mean 'Arry will only be working at/for Premiership clubs? OR is it really a ploy to put pressure (financial or otherwise) on his local club,Poole to move to the Prem??šŸ˜‰
  4. Today
  5. Yes put them all back in . Same old same old. Laguta and sayfutdinov are better than the 3 you’ve quoted. Woffinden brings character and interest. And who knows, may reach top levels again. Maybe not consistently but then your 3 don’t either.
  6. However, Directors ā€œrunā€ the business on a day to day basis not shareholders irrespective of voting rights. Since Speedway Futures was only formed last year it seems like they have spent the time since then shaping something or other. As an aside the NFL have ā€œNFL propertiesā€ doing a similar role albeit on a scale UK speedway couldn’t hold a candle too. That said, good luck to all concerned in their endeavours to bring about a strong future for our beloved sport.
  7. Does anyone know if the S106 was signed by Fridays deadline?
  8. With the BSPA being the major shareholder with 32,000 shares and the overall control of voting rights "acquired the rights" seems to be a loose statement ?
  9. TNT production costs significantly higher than BSN maybe as much 10 times as much for play offs with additional cameras being used Not been in Leicestershire today but know when I left at 8pm last night it was very heavy rain with roads flooded
  10. See in Ipswich on Anglia sport tonight there are 3 cycle speedway tracks in East Anglia. That meeting not affected by the rain. It was also on a shale surface.
  11. They're all cool with it... go figure šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø
  12. As happened to Kurtz in the Czech GP. A snapped chain is part and parcel of motorsport. Those that say it cost him the chance of being world champion are being naive. How many riders have missed out on becoming world champion due to a bit of bad luck along the way!!
  13. Not just his engine's Dean, every single part of his bike, engine plates, clutch lever, clutch arm, rims, seat brackets, exhaust clamps, steel shoe, - you name it, it had holes in it
  14. I think it’s fair to say that both those scores were outliers. Both bookings were a bit of a gamble
  15. Acquired the rights from who? The BSPL?
  16. I wonder the difference between TNT and BSN and if the latter would have given it more time… oh well, decision made so such is life.
  17. I can't say if it's a good decision or not. I'm not a track curator and conditions at the track might be different to where I am. All I can say is that my garden was dry at 2.30 pm yesterday when it started to rain. It wasn't heavy rain and it had left off by about 8.00 p.m. What I will query is why the decision was taken so early, especially as Sheffield is only 70 miles away up the M1.
  18. Poor old Dave. Just think under the new system, he could have been a two time world champion!!!
