Tim got the message about Shaun. Without going on and on and on maybe Lewis isn't available! At this time of year most riders need a bit of notice in order to get equipment ready.

Yeah Vince, I know. I mentioned on here about young Lewis a couple of weeks ago I think, thinking that maybe he could come along with Edward Kennett. I know that he might not be available but it was just wishful thinking really. He was so sensational (even though it was only at Conference level) when he was here with Weymouth in '05 that it would be a pleasure to see him again and check out his progress.

Aw no, does that mean we don't get to see the future world champion/greatest rider ever/most overhyped rider in speedway?

Is Nicky Mallet not riding now :D:D:D

I really do hope your meeting goes ahead as planned tomorrow. 'Up North' we haven't got a meeting to go to and Newport is just too far to risk at this time of year. Anyway, hope all goes well and you are treat to decent racing. :)

Think Edward and Lewis Bridger are in Poland for press commitments for Czestochowa for a few days, which is why Bridger couldn't have ridden.

Comments

Note: Rider Line up is confirmed.

Heat 1 Werner fell lap 3

Heat 2 Ashwroth fell lap 3 bend 4 while 2nd

Heat 3 Mason excluded 2 minutes. Replaced by Tim Webster. Webster refused permission to ride by the ref as he hasn't got a professional licence. Webster replaced by Hurst

Heat 5 Hall fell Lap 1 2nd bend

Heat 12 Going cloudy down there

Heat 13 Started to rain

Although Cunningham beat Neath on countback they tossed a coin to see who would be the fourth rider and Neathy won.

Congratulations to David Howe who was in 2nd coming off the last bend of the last lap and won it on the line.

Thank you to Dave for ringing through the results and thanks everyone for staying with us on this one.
