Not so difficult as you might think-e.g. John MILLS-one vowel and four consonants-assume you meant starting with a vowel!!!

rode for doncaster on loan from sheffield

 

also rode in 1970 for sheffield tiger cubs in a number of challenge matches when the bspa wouldnt let sheffield put out a second team
