Ive had an email this morning saying FedEx are to pick them up from the ticket agents between 1and 4 and then I presume they will be dispatched to me although is doesn't say when I am expected to get them but at least it looks as though they are on the way still a p*ss poor way and an expensive way of doing it considering we will be at the stadium Friday afternoon

I emailed kupbilet.pl yesterday,and received an answer from them today:-

 

Due to the fact that Polish Postal Service ceased providing services as regards sending value letters to Germany and the United Kingdom among others, we are forced to the change the form of receipt and collection of your tickets. The tickets that you have purchased can be collected from the ticket window at the stadium on the day of the event. Postage will be returned to you.
