Your right I should have stopped replying to you earlier then perhaps it wouldnt have been off topic for so long

Its not like Poole fans aren't known for keeping other threads off topic.

That's an "interesting" last signing. I really don't know what to think of this Belle Vue team at all. I'm struggling to see any of the riders with any notable improvement potential.

There is for me a heavy reliance on Nicholls stepping up and getting back to his best

Palm toft struggled when I watched him for Scunthorpe last year, but has got potential. Had a few injuries, & his confidence was affected. Admired the way he handled being dumped over the microphone, & wish him well.

This Aces team is the best we have had for years, the new formula gives us a top 4 who are all track specialists at the dump although to be fair last season we had a great race track, the 2 reserves are on a par with other teams reserves and MPT although unknown ability round Kirky Lane he does have potential.

Will we finish in the top 4? I recon we will, but looking at other teams this season will depend on 2 things.

1 getting maximum league points at home.

2 being able to pick up points on travels.

Is he likely to be doubling up/down in the PL?

No. Full time EL rider so will be tough for him but he is roaring to go. He can't wait and thinks he can do a job as a 3 pointer. He's pretty confident and jas a point to prove

We already have 2 D/Us (worrall and cook) so can't have any more double uppers

I thought there wasn't a limit on double up riders. Think it used to be limited to 2 up to 2012

Nope. Only allowed 2 D/Us in your 1-5
