Timbo 0 Posted February 27, 2004 (edited) Bronco Bullfrog, a sixties film, some of which was shot at Hackney. Yes it was a 1969 film. It was shot on 35mm in six weeks in the streets of East London with a cast of non-actors drawn entirely from the neighbourhood and a script based on recent events. DVD/Video is available from Bronco Bullfrog also you can view a trailer of the film. Edited February 27, 2004 by Timbo
Team Man 32 Posted February 27, 2004 (edited) I have compiled a Video starting with an interview with Ron Howes, who did the riding for Dirk Bogarde in the film, and then an interview with Bill Owen who played "Lag" Gibbon an Australian rider, talking about going to New Cross in the pits to see how speedway riders went about their job.....then follows the film Once a Jolly Swagman.
