racers and royals 8,730 Posted November 24, 2013 What an absolutely stupid comment. If Hougaard Racing had said that he would have gotten a torrent of criticism. Only an idiot compares the richest sport in the world to a very minor motorsport. And you can't blame them. It's thier living. They are not registered charities. To be fair to Philip he was only responding to a stupid post from Polskizuzel(post 96 )
pandorum 1,259 Posted November 24, 2013 To be fair to Philip he was only responding to a stupid post from Polskizuzel(post 96 ) Yes but my point being Hougaard racing would not get such consideration
iris123 20,988 Posted November 24, 2013 This Scandinavian track will be probably Holsted ... I imagine you are right. There is a partnership between Holsted + Güstrow and it seems from recent comments that both clubs have the same opinion of the FIMs tactics towards the SEC...... DutchGrasstrack 804 Posted November 27, 2013 (edited) It's been rumoured for a while, but it's now confirmed, that the Top 3 from the SEC is qualified for the Speedway GP Challenge (in Lonigo) ... EDIT:The FIM sent out an updated version of their files - it appears now that the top 3 from SEC is still to be confirmed .... waiheke1 4,295 Posted December 10, 2013 Surely this would have been a great opportunity for promising british riders (cook, worrall, robert lambert) togain experience riding on the continent against a decent, but not too strong, line up? If one rider is going to be allowed to compete, why didnt tbey request say four spots?

racers and royals 8,730 Posted December 11, 2013 because british leagues are a priority and EC is not considered important in any way? One competition too far as far as the BSPA are concerned-no facilities for any riders missing due to any European championship event.
PHILIPRISING 7,298 Posted December 12, 2013 DESPITE some web chatter on here and elsewhere that the FIM have backed down over SGP riders in the SEC there is nothing to support that coming out of Geneva.
