Krzysztof Buczkowski Crash At Leicester, Highest I Have Ever Seen A Speedway Bike In The Air!

Recommended Posts

It doesn't score in terms of height, but for sheer style and entertainment you can't beat the one at Scunny when Benji Compton's bike went chasing after a bite of Dave Dowling's burger.

Dave insists it was a bacon sandwich!!!

Stuart Robson and David Ruud came a right purler on the 4th bend at Newcastle a few years ago. Robbo and bike ended up on the dog track and Ruud's bike took off and went above the lights (a good 10ft). Easily the most spectacular crash I've ever seen. Robbo was OK and I think Ruud got away with a broken thumb.

The highlight of that video is the bloke in green coat and red shirt---never stops eating his burger,no drama

It used to be featured on our website for a fair time afterwards. BTW Robbo was hurt, a certain bag between his legs was split, something he was reminding folks, including me, who were trying to help him.

I remember Daniel Nermark being in a hell of a crash at Redcar. He went way up in the air, and I must say that I feared for his life. Unfortunately he was injured in the crash - but at least he came back to ride again.

my dad recalls a time many years ago when tracks had old fashioned lamp standards .. he recalls a bike getting stuck by the handlebars to the bend of the lamp standard , the bike was revvin its guts out stuck about 12 feet up , ladders had to be brought out to retreive it
