Poole Pirates Vs Wolverhampton Wolves 3/9/2014

Recommended Posts

Wolves make a further change by bringing in Rory Schlein as a guest for Pawlicki instead of using RR. Lasse Bjerre still listed to ride.

Good move by wolves

Peterborough are at Rye House tonight, so maybe no Bjerre.

Peterborough have a guest for Bjerre according to their website as he's riding for Wolves.

No its right, Bjerre riding for Wolves DESPITE the fact he is a Panthers asset and Bjerre is only a recent signing for Wolves.

Bjerre should for all intent and purposes be riding for Panthers at Rye House , yet another clear case of the so called rules NOT being followed.

So are wolves changing the rules to suit their own needs? Edited by foreverblue

So are wolves changing the rules to suit their own needs?

Rye House/Peterborough re-arrangement was announced on 4th August. Poole/Wolves was abandoned on 4th June. Poole/Wolves has been in the calendar a lot longer than that.

Wolves have no chance now then!

And we never did.

Love how a Poole fan jumps on any other team when they think they have broke the rules. No, its just usually Poole that do that.

As Sandking072 has pointed out it looks like its within the rules. Maybe your club might wanna try that sometime? :P

However in saying that i would have thought Wolves would have allowed Lasse to ride for Peterborough, they have there own battle to get in the play offs unlike us.

Don't be so sensitive ( ) Steve.

I was simply pointing out a fact relating to the earlier post.

Seems like you're jumping on the Poole fans and turning it around the other way. :nono:

Not like you. :D

THIS fixture now perfectly illustrates the problems afflicting the Elite League these days. Should have been a real stadium filler with Darcy Ward, Tai Woffinden and the Pawlicki brothers on parade. No guests can compensate for their collective loss.

Yeah, it's all the fault of the EL that Ward is a piss head, Tai got injured riding in the EL, one Pawlicki also got injured riding in the EL.

Stupid post. Still, hardly a shock.

Don't see it mentioned on the Wolves site, Poole mention it on there web site on the 14th August with the re arranged Lakeside fixtures, so the question remains when was it listed officially.

good point well made Phil! :t:

Squad system or Elite league is a sitting duck! ;)

Although Poole would nick all the best riders for their squad! :o

I don't think Peterborough have much chance of making the play offs.
