TheScotsman 2,483 Posted October 25, 2014 Those were the days when Deek could score 9+2!
lucifer sam 3,953 Posted October 25, 2014 With Edinburgh scoring 6 points from their tactical rides last night, could the TR again play its part in deciding the destination of the PL title? Should the rule be dropped in two-legged finals? After all, it isn't used in the PL KOC, so why the play-off final? In any case, looks like we are set for an intriguing second leg tonight. Hope the Edinburgh and Somerset fans don't run out of fingernails to chew by the end. All the best Rob
TheScotsman 2,483 Posted October 25, 2014 Certainly going to be tough for Monarchs. 12 points to make up plus the probable heat 2 deficit plus the effect of any joker rides. Could make it as much as 20 points to overturn but probably not that many.
Gazc 7,098 Posted October 25, 2014 Now being a complete neutral i hope all that attend tonight are entertained with no injuries and one final bit BEST OFF LUCK TO SOMERSET GO ON THE REBELS off course i am totally impartial.

dontforgetthefueltapsbruv 10,706 Posted October 25, 2014 If it ends level on aggregate is it a replay, golden heats or a straight run off?
Chris Hutcheson 32 Posted October 25, 2014 I think Summers in for Allen is a big swing in Rebels favour. I did say before last night's meeting that 12 points was the maximum deficit that I'd like to see. But It's looking a mighty tough challenge. The gap at reserve will be closed a big amount by being at the dale, but we could do with big big performances from both.
Willowman 212 Posted October 25, 2014 The good thing is that the competition is not already decided. Enjoy your final Monarchs fans. Hope we can keep things close for you.

screm 8,057 Posted October 25, 2014 Somerset need to get off to a decent start, if there 4-6pts down at half way the home side might just panic and start chucking away silly points.
emilali 500 Posted October 25, 2014 Hopefully Somerset manage to do it tonight, best of luck to them, hopefully Mr Ego's ego is deflated somewhat this evening.

We get stronger as the meeting goes on. So not likely to panic. Hopefully Somerset manage to do it tonight, best of luck to them, hopefully Mr Ego's ego is deflated somewhat this evening. Can see Cookie going through the card tonight. Will that please you?
