It was tongue firmly in cheek Shads

I think there's every reason to be confident. Don't fancy our chances here today

Tracks exactly like the Ipswich meeting by looks, plenty of moisture in the track, should be in for some quick action.

£17.50 for 2 cheeseburger and chips and 2 drinks, what a piss take

WOW!! We're off to the Harvester after the meeting. Cheap & cheerful.

Aaaaaand there's already a delay as there's a problem with gate 4. Funny they left it until Rye won the toss and took 1 & 3

What I said about gate 4, guaranteed if rye house was of Gate 4, no delay!

Cheers mr durno, clear that Brady touched tapes first....

Just back home from today's meeting and it was far better racing than the score line - Kennett and Covarti kept it interesting and Jakobsen came to the party late on - Kurtz was excelant guest for Panthers very enjoyable afternoon racing

Its worth the admission fee alone watching a race when the oystercard misses the start!..what a nutter.

Good meeting in places, both our reserves were a lot quicker, Lewis still finding his feet this season, Brady and Ully were superb, aswell as Lawson.

Eddy K first half and Covatti were good value, the 2 swedes were awful!

Pleased Jakobsen managed to stop his engine before it blew. Maybe next time he'll make sure the cut out works.

Yep scary time for him at the end of heat 15.

Could have been very nasty if he had collected Brady or ulrich.

Assume his throttle stuck open?

Decent meeting though.

Quite a few passes.

Rye had too many passengers.

I hadn't realised how much time Kennett spends looking behind him before today.

Someone mentioned it on the BSF a couple of weeks ago.

That's not his job

It's sad when you have to rely on a guest reserve to keep it respectable. Boxall a big miss, Mellgren & Aspegren disappointing to say the least. Edited by Shads

How can you get a guest for someone who can't get back in time?

Something along the lines of the facility is given for the day before, day of event and day after if it's a FIM or some such competition.

Excellent meeting at the showground yesterday. Well run with plenty of decent races, well worth the trip.
