mdmc82 2,878 Posted August 14, 2015 So with Coventry meeting off tonight, can we use Danny now?? Subject to this going ahead obviously Danny King injured his back riding in Denmark on Wednesday. He had treatment yesterday and was due to miss Swindon meeting. He was a doubt for Coventry's meeting even before the rain.

me2 80 Posted August 14, 2015 Been raining all morning and is drizzle now, but is supposed to clear around 4. If that's the case, it should be OK. If the sun gets through, the track will dry quickly. Here's hoping.

Baldyman 6,243 Posted August 14, 2015 Go easy on us or no one will bother turning up for the second leg.
JamesB 107 Posted August 14, 2015 Anything better than a 14-16 point loss would be a reasonable result.
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv 10,706 Posted August 14, 2015 Will be surprised if the 'Witches' score more than 30. Only some freak event will leave us with any chance going into the 2nd leg.
Baldyman 6,243 Posted August 14, 2015 (edited) To have any chance in the second leg we probably need to win by 12 tonight. And that ain't gonna happen. Edited August 14, 2015 by baldyman
JamesB 107 Posted August 14, 2015 I criticised the Ipswich pair last Friday and I will equally criticise Lawson tonight. These are supposed to be professional sportsmen, but they can't get to a meeting in ample time for the start. FFS.
Gazc 7,098 Posted August 14, 2015 I criticised the Ipswich pair last Friday and I will equally criticise Lawson tonight. These are supposed to be professional sportsmen, but they can't get to a meeting in ample time for the start. FFS. There was a very serious pile up on the Edinburgh City by - pass mid afternoon and they had to close the West bound carriage way if he was stuck in that then he would have been there for hours as it was still gridlocked at 6.
