Each team nominates one rider+reserve, Winner of heat wins the total.(rule 10.1.7.1). I don't know about much THJ's private life except that he and his then gf, got married this summer and they also have 1 or 2 kids together. I'm not sure if his health is still the reason he doesn't do GPs, but if tonight was him not at full fitness then... If it's a money issue, sponsors should be beating his door down. The correct rule (* 10.1.8 Skiljeheat vid samma antal förarpoäng i Race Off:) says: Skiljeheat vid samma antal förarpoäng i Race Off: I händelse av att båda lagen har uppnått samma antal förarpoäng efter de båda mötena skall skiljeheat genomföras för att fastställa vilket lag som vinner. Skiljeheat skall genomföras i maximalt 3 heat med 2 nominerade förare från respektive lag i s.k. ”sudden death”. Innan skiljeheaten tar sin början skall respektive lagledare nominera 3 par i sitt lag. Paren skall nomineras i den ordning de avses att användas. Hemmalaget nominerar sina förare först.Den förare som inte nomineras är reserv för övriga förare vid uteslutning på grund av Touch the Tape eller för förare som är startberättigad i eventuell omstart men inte kan delta,dock endast en (1) gång. Om det blir oavgjort i det första skiljeheatet genomförs ytterligare ett skiljeheat med nästa nominerade par, osv. Om ställningen efter 3 skiljeheat fortfarande är oavgjord nominerar respektive lagledare 1 förare + 1 reserv för denne som genomför ett fjärde och avgörande skiljeheat, enligt SR 5.5. So 2 riders from each team in maximum 3 heats. Whatever team first gets a heat point advantage (3-0,3-2,4-2,5-1,5-0) wins the total.
