Any that require throttle control, he seems to constantly be fighting his bike. This may come as he matures as a rider.

He says he likes dirt but I'm not so sure, he did most of his passing on the inside of turns 1&2 at Workington and didn't seem to have the bottle to get around the outside on 3&4 as Kenneth, Rene or Rusty could.

If his head is in the game he could do well with a change of scene.

Agree with that assessment DD.

And the fact that he does have enough talent about him to improve (as do others in the Sheff tail) is why the Tigers could yet be a very successful side despite a few initial 'mehs'.

Which away tracks do you think Howarth will struggle at?

kyle only had a few good meeting away and his home form was decent but not reliable and steady . .would go to one away meet ,score a shed load, go back to the same spot in the same season and be very poor .

kyle has speed , but like another former team member kep on locking up in the middle of the bends . thus slowing down and losing speed . i suppose he will become smoother with experience .

Plymouth

Newcastle. Regularly crashes coming out of the second and/or forth bends, due too much throttle after a lockup or lifting

Thanks for replies, will have to keep an eye on his progress. Maybe the change of surroundings will help him.

At Rye House I think most teams will struggle as the team looks pretty good to me, same with Plymouth. Newcastle I will have to look at updates for scores but respect your comments.

Workington like wise.

Hopefully Kyle has a good season for the Tigers.

Looks like he had a mare in 2012 @ reserve but not too bad otherwise for a teenager. Good luck to the lad

He will need plenty of bottle at Owlerton. He did not impress to much on his last visit to Sheffield. But we need to let him get dialed in before we pass judgment, the same with a couple of other rider's. But if they all click we could be in for a decent season.

He'll be fine at Owlerton, watched a DVD from Sheffield v Workington 2013 recently and he wasn't afraid to ride up to the fence. Also saw him ride a brilliant meeting and passing riders for fun at Somerset last season which is a small version of Sheffield so he should be entertaining at Owlerton. As for other away tracks we'll wait and see.

Kyle does seem to be struggling with the bike a lot, certainly not smooth like Cook and Lawson. He needs to be more consistent, that applies to his gating too which isn't always great. He's young and has the potential and good luck to him.

Love the look of this team, lots of youthful exuberance and potential improvement. Mon the Brits!
