2016 Swc Semi's And Final 29/30/july 2016

Recommended Posts

Tai,King Lambert and Bomber likely the team.

Rosco has never picked Cookie at any and has blinkers there. Eddie Kennett more likely!

We will struggle to get a medal

Must be some second string with a 7+ average plus being the highest averaged Brit.

Ellis beating Jonsson round a wee kiddies track means nothing.

Strange comment from an Edinburgh fan...

Whatever the Team don't think you can pick Harris over King.Harris was going backwards on Sat.King has decent BV form.

Highest averaged Brit in the Peterboorugh team maybe!

Kennett 8.67

Harris 8.1

Lambert 7.86

Newman 7.76*

Worrall 7.55*

Lawson 7.45

Cook 7.31

Nicholls 7.22

*Mainly reserve

All averages with bonus points as they're a better guide to riders form/level/worth. Without bonus points Nicholls goes above though for the record.

Can't really judge it by that as only cook and Harris have rode as a heat leader the whole time the rest haven't

Good to have a full strength Russian Team. I'll be sticking a few quid on them at 18/1 with Boylesports.

It definitely looks like the race-off for the Danes now.

maybe the two GP riders are certainties for the main team. Nielsen using the home leg to pick his 4th rider with Iversen as Captain.

Isn't it a strategy Denmark have used before?Thought they(previous management)like the idea of getting track time in at the Race-Off.Always a gamble and taking the p slightly out of their home crowd.Hope lots of tickets already sold

Wow what a weird line up for Denmark.

Love the look of the Polish and Russian sides!

Are the Danes having a laugh ?. Who in there right mind would want to go into the race off . If the Russians win in Event 1 (not impossible) they could be lumped in the race off with Poland , probably Australia and USA with only 1 place available. Absolute madness

OK but on what basis did you say he was the highest averaged brit?

Pretty sure lambert has ridden most of his meetings as hl, so even if you weighted averages I would suggest cook is only 3rd.

WE could do with Nicki P and Peter K ...

not sure about that after their Cardiff gp performances, perhaps someone stuck sponges in their tanks too!!
