How does Islander15 stand with his selections if he missed the original start time. If I was in charge I would let the selections stand, does anybody know the actual rule.

Of course someone knows the rule- me rule 24 subsection D says " if a meeting is postponed- the deadline for placing bets changes to the restaging start time- all bets maybe edited upto this new start time as well "
