does redcar twitter not do updates, or the local rag?

According to the Updates site, they've got 'Capesy' doing the texting.

Not for home meetings , no updates on the Bears forum either. Local paper coverage has got considerably worse since Martin Neal moved south.

About the result I expected tonight - hard to see this Bears team winning many even at home.

Shouldn't really comment as I don't go anymore.

Forgot to mention the irony of a local businessman and Bears fan coming to STMP and going away with a resounding victory. To think we have to make do with our "promotion"

It can get quite depressing texting defeat after defeat week after week. I'm not surprised nobody wants to text updates

Just need to get Grondal fired, he's been a massive disappointment!

About the expected result really. Ulrich as always went well and very impressed with Porsing and NBJ.

A couple of bright spots for the Bears. Good to see Skidders hit some form, being captain for the night clearly agreed with him. And Lee Payne was excellent. Fully deserved his heat 15. Unfortunately too many riders have an off night, and with the side built the way it is we simply can't afford that.

It's going to be a long year for Redcar if they keep that side. Bukhave looks like a dud and Simon Nielsen has always been a dud.

Redcar carrying an assessed 7 pt rider who is in reality a 3.00 reserve is hard but if the budget they've got only allows them to have the side they have then maybe the NL is the place to be. Crowd looked up on my last visit swelled by a good few from Peterborough. Think club were pleased with the 50/50 total.

To be fair he got us the win at Rye House.

I'm sure Rye would be prepared to swap him for one of their Danes!
