According to the European Speedway Calendar the Polish (NICE) division 1 has a full racing programme on Wednesday which, on the face of it, rules out Andersen, Pedersen and Kurtz for Poole. Possibly this was the reason for the original fixture having been scheduled for today.

This fixture was originally scheduled for Wednesday then brought forward to today before being switched back to Wednesday when it was deemed there were no (or few) fixture clashes. Bjarne certainly has the Poole fixture on his Wednesday calendar.

That 1-7 will still be good enough for all 3pts for the Pirates. We are crap away have been for years and the promotion never make changes to sort it.

With the same track man, Lakeside always seem to do ok at Wimborne Road!!

 

 

Although with this morning's update - No Eddie Kennett due to ear infection - who knows?? Plenty of guest options subject to their availability?!

One of those occasions when R/R really does not cover the situation. Didn't expect us to get anything anyway but now a less exciting meeting for the Poole faithful to watch.

Last straw for me. I am staying about 20 miles away and was going to pop over for this one, but the farce of Pedersen at reserve and reserves taking Kennets rides it really kills it as a serious competition . Hardly worth the time and money . The whole sport is becoming more and more of a shambles.
