Danny Gappmaier has made it through to the next round of GP qualification after finishing fourth in today's qualifier at Abensberg. Next rounds are held Olching on the 15th of this month with the other qualifier being held at Terenzano two days later meaning if Gappmaier is drawn at Olching he will miss our away meeting at Ipswich.

Dany's success today is remarkable given the strength of the opposition, a major achievement for the lad. We are torn between missing him at Ipswich or missing seeing him at the KD-DO on the Saturday, whichever it has to be can't detract from his terrific showing this afternoon.

Dany isn't in the line up for Kev's meeting so lets hope he's going to Terenzano

Gappmaier has been drawn to go to Terenzano, just five rides away from the GP Challenge meeting. Also drawn in the same meeting is former Berwick rider Matej Kus.

And Gino Franchetti

I know it's in Italy but giving Gino a wildcard is a bit of a joke IMO .

If Danny Gappmaier and Jye Etheridge continue their current form it would be a big boost

Full maximum for Liam for Birmingham against Eastbourne tonight

For what ever reason he seems to be in a much happier place.

Fixture change - Bandits v Redcar advanced one week to June 24. Now no meeting at Shielfield Park on July 1st.

Good move - WTC at KL that night, and live on TV too.

Much easier place, not ready for a No2 position, in the Championship, would have sapped all his condidence and not earning at the same time. With the opposition at that level I would expect him to have a max every week, given no equipment problems of course.
