Any locals offer which is the preferred drinking establishment if the unthinkable happens? Fox & Goose or Bristol Bridge Inn?

stevehone 3,430 Posted July 20, 2017 Sheffield & Peterborough look strongest to me, but it's the pairs, anything can happen
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv 10,706 Posted July 20, 2017 Newcastle favourites for me but its very close to call and almost any pair could pull it off.
baba 562 Posted July 20, 2017 My heart is for glasgow to win obviously but can see it being either Peterborough or Newcastle(newcastle is my gut feeling). Alot of quality on display in this showdown around a superb track, god i wish i was going.
eric i 620 Posted July 21, 2017 Could be a big test of the track covers, heavy rain forecast most of the afternoon but clearing by start time, lets hope they do the job.

Najjer 2,890 Posted July 21, 2017 Ditto. Travelling down whatever. Any locals offer which is the preferred drinking establishment if the unthinkable happens? Fox & Goose or Bristol Bridge Inn? Bristol Bridge Inn is a right dump. Fox and Goose is overpriced I believe. You'd be better off travelling into Burnham itself and go in some of the pubs there. Yes indeed and well done to the Somerset promotion for making every attempt to get it on. My bigger concern is there are a few riders in the field who might not be too keen!
