Leicester V Kings Lynn Saturday 5th August

Recommended Posts

Did Grajonek miss the Sheffield match at Edinbra last night? Also had to pull out from guesting for Leicester earlier this week? Bjerre probably well short of fitness as well. This one could be close.

Grajczonek was riding for his parent club Somerset.

Bewley rode well for BV when we were down there earlier this season, probably hadn't previously raced there much if at all. Has clearly improved too since then. He'll give it 100% for the Stars for sure.

He'll also appreciate the extra laps there ready for the Aces next trip there on Aug 19 & for his assault on the NLRC Leicester are staging.

Was hoping weather would call a halt to this meeting as we are unable to get across from Lincs to see the 'STARS' !!:sad:

Surprised this is actually allowed to go ahead without most of the KLS team :cry:

I think it's about time that the bspa said that no premiership sides would be allowed to race on a Saturday night . Then these farces would not happen or is that to much to ask.

There isn't much chance of any other result than a thrashing with the team Kings Lynn have put out absolutely crazy that this can be allowed to happen, the meeting should be cancelled if teams can't put out competitive sides.

You can't blame Leicester. Its been in the fixture list all season and if they cancel they get a bottleneck of meetings to fit in with limited time.

Kings Lynn brought this on themselves and I hope that Leicester give them a thrashing. Not Leicesters fault Kings Lynn are so depleted.

You can't blame Leicester but it will affect the crowd figures which will hurt Leicester and the racing will be even worse than usual. Leicester would beat Kings Lynn with their full team but at least it would be reasonably competitive, fans want racing not processions.

So what do you suggest? Cancel? Then Leicester would possibly have to ride two meetings in one week which is never a good idea.

Down to Kings Lynn to produce a competitive lineup.
