Rye House V Kings Lynn / Kings Lynn V Rye House

Recommended Posts

Don't think league points would count after tonight anyway. They may be put onto the league table standings, but for play-off purposes isn't the cut off tonight. So if Leicester win and we lose we are in the relegation play off no matter what, even if we beat Rye House in a re-arranged fixture. As far as i know anyway.

Don't worry about Lynn finishing bottom, there was little chance of Lions winning at Rye with a full team, but replacing the injured Riss & Bjerre with Etheridge & Perks, means Lions will struggle to get 30 points tonight, add that to the guests they picked at home to Wolves they seem resigned to finishing bottom. Can only think they would like the extra revenue a relegation play-off might bring, especially if it's against Sheffield, it's a win-win situation for the owners.

People talk of getting 8 pounds off the Rye meeting, but it should be 12 pounds 50 off.

Nobody asks you to reply to our posts.

Trouble is Starman, you and Gater make it impossible for anybody not to reply to the total and utter BS that emanates from your keyboards..

Still, a quality double act is forming down Dorset way.. :D

Don't clubs get fined if they don't run every league meeting?

Certainly used to be the case, but who knows these days, rules seem to change by the hour.

Dunno, but it's gonna sound real stupid to Joe public when bjerre rides for one team and the other is running r/r or a guest for him. Or if he is out due to injury and both teams have a facility. Couldn't make it up.

Still no news on the staging date for this meeting.

I wonder why it isn't being held this Wednesday, our normal race day, as the only other meeting on is a National League fixture.

Wednesday is also Denmark's normal race day and there'd be some gaps in our side maybe?

Think only one person said that, and i see what he meant. If you have your ticket from the double header though, surely as i said before you will get in with this for the re-staging.

Will the club refund 12 pounds 50 by post to fans who can't make the restaging or will they only refund 8 pounds?

Now that's a good question.

Why not write and ask them.

What's the point? They won't reply

I know folk who not only got a reply but got a refund.

You won't know until you try.
