nw42 2,048 Posted September 5, 2017 Pep talk from Smederna's team manager. https://www.facebook.com/eskilstunasmederna/videos/1480840858676064/ Inspirational, Leon Madsen grew at least a foot taller during that speech.
racers and royals 8,736 Posted September 5, 2017 (edited) Dave I thought Armando Castagna would be pushing Zagar for national titles- however Armando only won the Italian title 12 times. Edited September 5, 2017 by racers and royals
Steve Shovlar 10,439 Posted September 5, 2017 (edited) Llung has to go. Desperate move there. Shame conditions have played such a big part this evening. Edited September 5, 2017 by Steve Shovlar
Perton Wolf 396 Posted September 5, 2017 Dudek's lack of team riding could cost his team big here. Ljung was left alone to try and fend off MJJ who has had decent speed all night, fails to do so and ends up making a huge lunge out of desperation up the inside of MJJ and knocking him off (as well as himself) - excluded. Steve Shovlar 10,439 Posted September 5, 2017 (edited) A 3-3 will do it. Smederna are 5 up. Edited September 5, 2017 by Steve Shovlar
Mark 1,497 Posted September 5, 2017 (edited) I'm enjoying the commentator trying to work out the score permutations. Have another go. Edited September 5, 2017 by marky
Perton Wolf 396 Posted September 5, 2017 The 5-0 changed everything! Don't think many people expected that result.
Steve Shovlar 10,439 Posted September 5, 2017 Well done to Smederna! Against the odds in this meeting. The weathers played a big part.

Ghostwalker 1,859 Posted September 5, 2017 (edited) So next week will be Elit Vetlanda vs. Rospiggarna and Masarna - Smederna. The latter will be a classic derby since the tracks are only about 100km from each other. Tuesday is Rospiggarna and Masarna-Smederna, Wednesday is Smederna-Masarna and Vetlanda - Rospiggarna. We'll see how Smedena deals with the Madsen situation. Like most Danes and Poles he doesn't do well on wet tracks. Ljung - MJJ situation. https://www.svt.se/sport/motorsport/dackarna-smederna/ Edited September 5, 2017 by Ghostwalker
Bradford Ace 183 Posted September 5, 2017 How quick was Zagar tonight?!?! Showing again that when he's on it he is one of the quickest riders in the world. Would have him back at Belle Vue any day!! Madsen was an embarrassment. Seen him before in the wet and he doesn't wanna know. Typical Dane who ain't interested unless it's a super smooth billiard table. Steve Shovlar 10,439 Posted September 5, 2017 Llung moaning about his exclusion is ridiculous. He knocked MJJ off, pure and simple. There is not a ref in the workd who would have seen it Llungs way.
