Argos 262 Posted August 31, 2017 Has anyone heard if the hearing to look into the alleged assault by Craig has taken place or if a date as been set, or has it been swept under the carpet which would not surprise me at all

foamfence 2,917 Posted September 1, 2017 Looks like it was just an " alleged" assault. Even though it was in full view of spectators?

ouch 1,198 Posted September 1, 2017 As far as I know Craig was happy to let it go. Fair play to him in this current claim culture. Top bloke.

WalterPlinge 657 Posted September 1, 2017 As far as I know Craig was happy to let it go. Fair play to him in this current claim culture. Top bloke. Cook started out at Buxton and maybe still has fond memories. Pursuing an assault claim against his alleged attacker could leave his old club without a manager, so maybe that's in his thinking? (Though some Buxton fans may say that would do them a favour.)
