We have the same opportunity as all over clubs to attract riders to Peterborough yet we keep going down the same team building route with the same riders. The 6+ rule is stupid but even without it we'd have a seriously disjointed looking team. We showed last season that you meed 2 proper heat leaders at 1&5 and it won us a trophy, yet what do we do?
