Tomlinson must has  known about the Taylor Wimpey  deal about the new Houses .its amazing he forgot tell any of us. These houses are going to built and the Stadium not going to be that's becoming quite clear .

Tomlinson promise has  just been one big lie ..  the bloke is a scumbag and should quit over this  .    Sold every Robins fan down the river .

It's amazing he can tell a complete and repeat a total and utter lie and get away with it..I guess it's because of the lack of passion of most of the fans and Mangerment .Never would have got away with it if it was the football ground etc.

I was shocked at how many people didn't gather at the stadium the other week when the cameras were there!

When the mangerment show so little sign of passion , caring or effort .  .or even anger its comes  as no shock .. You would think with what has gone on of late    with the club and its life on the line you think they would be  at there most vocal and putting maximum Pressure on Tomlinson and Gi and Sbc to stick to there word  but instead nothing at all ..

Like a lot of the Fans they have accepted its going to close with zero fight .. all that  is left is for them to say  we will  find a new site and get a Swindon select side  to take on Oxford next year to keep everyone happy .

Or the perfect get out of jail card for the management.

It means they can jump ship & escape the sinking ship that is UK speedway without appearing to be the bad guys who closed the club.

A  lot of people have been saying that maybe the club with involved and had paid money as well..I don't think  that's true myself but rumours like that are bound to do the rounds while zero effort is being made to save the club.. I guess in the next few  weeks they will be force to say something as they will need to tell people they are not running next season due to  the work  yet again not being  done in time.

I think the club have just kept quiet because they kept making themselves look silly with positive updates. When you are against SBC and Gaming then what chance have you got. 

Just reading about the council trying to get the dome at the Oasis de-listed so they can work with their partners to redevelop it as a leisure facility! Their partners specialise in resi developments next to train stations but apparently they will redevelop the Oasis site as a leisure facility if they get the go ahead to knock down the old dome!!! SBC are bandits. The only thing they support in Swindon are housing developers and I can't wait to see what sh1te Tommo comes out with when that new build starts on the old car park site at the stadium. W@nkers the lot of them.

Agree with that mate.But what I would say is that  they should be coming out and saying that the houses can't be built unless the staduim.is as Tomlinson  has said so.That puts max public  pressure on him to stick to his word.. Not doing nothing and letting this happen won't cut  it with me.

If Swindon fans are really serious about their Club, why don't they form a protest group and camp on the site where the next lot of Houses are due to be built, forcing the Council into making the Stadium get built before any more Houses.
