It’s all a bit farcical this sport. Most fans just want to see some decent actions these days.IMO

Certainly can’t get over excited about winning trophies.

So to be clear about this ......Berwick can't use r/r for Anderson because he hasn't rode a meeting for them this season , so they have to revert to using r/r for Garcia - who hasn't rode a meeting for them this season

I`d love to know why Anderson isnt at Scunthorpe tomorrow night, is he available for Saturday`s meeting with Newcastle. You get the feeling rule makers put the rules together in pencil so they be rubbed out and replaced by something different.

Kasper has to fulfill a Danish meeting on Saturday with a lunchtime start and as he's not ride for Berwick they can't claim his services.

Thank you, have you ever thought about doing the official site, you seem to more than they do.

That’s the usual practice - ‘revert’ to the previous declaration. It’s not a problem in this instance, but could be a big problem if the averages had changed making the move impossible once Andersen is available.

To be fair the rules are clear and explicit on this.......

'No facility is permitted to replace a rider, who although included in a redeclaration has not made an appearance for that team since being redeclared.'

Kasper has already been declared, so I guess its a national league guest, is Ryan Kinsley eligible?

He is not available for Sat because of a mid-day fixture in Denmark.

Maybe Berwick have re-declared their original re-declaration. Once Saturday`s with Newcastle is over they will revert to their original re-declaration and re-declare their team with Anderson in it all over again.

But what about the rule that states......

'A rider taken out of a team cannot be re-introduced in that team within 14 days.'

Has he been taken out of the team, or not introduced yet……? By reverting does the new declaration cease to exist?

If it does then as we speak Anderson could join another team.
