For Heerenveen:

We can have events indoors with 500+ people, but then they all have to provide a negative test.

Unless there are seating places, then there is no test required.

Heerenveen has 50% standing and 50% seating so they are trying to find a way to make it work.

Probably a silly question but why are the Russians so far ahead? Is it money, engine tuning or just talent? I have seen a few western riders have brought bikes from top Russian riders but they are still far behind.
