Carl Johnson on the local radio on Monday night sounded quite positive about the future. Should be announcement soon. He reckons they have two potential sites that have been found, they want to build something that can be used all year round and have some of the events that used to be at the showground moved to one of these new sites. Obviously will need help with funding from the council and local businesses but fingered crossed this isn’t the end of speedway in Peterborough

We were going to be lining up with Simon Lambert and Jake Mulford in the pairs prior to the rain off tonight

Nicholls is also ok at the moment as he rode for Oxford last night.  The call off will have been due to rider availability I expect.
