At the moment its pretty swolen and bruised. after i had an appointment for a surgery yesterday i spoke to the surgeon and we decided between us that it was better to let it heal on its own. Hopefully be back on the bike very soon! Away win for @peterboroughpanthers against Wolverhampton wolves we are 2 points up with the 2nd leg at home on monday. The team dug deep after i got injured in my first ride didn't even get round first bend. I tried to ride my second heat but pain was too much and felt uncomfortable holding on to the bike.
