I knew it was there but for some reason seems poignant noticing it tonight. What I speak of is the who DAyres wins on shoulder straps. Top racer, I was at the British Final where he thrilled the wider audience especially when it seemed everyone was willing him on to beat Bomber....... much missed is Danny.
