But he hasnt been protected in the top 5 and been there now for a couple of months.. Therefore, only fair he gets treated the same as anyone else... On the other hand BV could replace their rising star with Hans Andersen for the playoffs. I guess the whole idea of the rising star project is that they progress so it’s probably only fair that it goes on averages, it could happen to any other team next season, it could easily be Leon Flint. The simple solution would be if the rising star is at reserve the teams number 8 stands in or a rider from the rising star list who isn't contacted to a club takes the position. If the rising star is in the top 5 due to having a great season & progressing as the scheme intended then the same rules apply as to any other missing rider in the top 5 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

How is that helping them. But Brennan rides at 2 for the Aces, so is in Heat 8 anyway.
