Armadale Devils v Belle Vue Colts

So Edinburgh make a massive effort to put on the meeting, so that Belle Vue get a fair crack of whip and their play-off fate is not decided by a rain off, and then you moan about the conditions?  Conditions looked superb to me watching on the stream, considering the torrential rain earlier in the day. Track was the same for both sides, if anything a wet track tends to remove home track advantage.  Well done Armadale for being easily the best team on the night - shame you can't acknowledge that.

100% spot on

The Belle Vue big money side any many peoples pre season favourites have fumbled and not made the play offs. Home dominance clearly isn't everything.

Was there a reason R/R wasn't used?

If BV had taken a facility, the rider would have landed a 28-day suspension, would have affected Poole, as well as the Colts (who might have got their point for the play-offs).   To their credit they chose to go with the blank space instead.

It's not to there credit in my eyes it's just a way around the rules it's pathetic really if true the reason why he wasn't there.

Really - the BSPL keep promoting it as a development league. This was never a rule in the past as R/R could be used for any reason in the NL when did this change?

Is it really to their credit, when it short changed the paying fans (in person and online) from seeing a more competitive version of the Colts?

Previous a guest or r/r was allowed for any reason. Then a rider missed a match because he had "no equipment" & a stronger guest rider was allowed, cue everyone being up in arms & rule was made stricter!

Not 100% sure who was involved but may have been Connor Coles & Mildenhall?
