Swedish GP Malilla Saturday September 17th

Recommended Posts

Discovery+ (inc sports) may still do a free month trial. If you signed up today for a trial you will get tonight’s Mallila GP, tomorrow's British Championship, the final GP inTorun in two weeks time, plus any other speedway they doing ie Premier League within the time period.
Gives you a chance to see the quality etc for free, maybe you decide to pay for a 12 month viewing contract (currently £60pa, sometimes offers on) sometime before next years racing starts.

So, I watching qualifying, there are 3 tracks, one is smaller so I assume a training track for juniors. There is the GP track, but the third looks about same size as the GP track…. What is that for?

That’s good, keep stock cars and any other cars off speedway tracks.

Oliver Berntzon is the wildcard. Reserves are Victor Palovaara and  Anton Karlsson

I wonder why it's not Kim Nilsson, is he injured or something?

Damien Bates said on this weeks podcast that it's the FIM that say it has to be the national champion that gets the wildcard, i thought the national governing body was able to choose, so that must have changed at some point
