I'd only have all three if the No.2 is Berge personally because I can't find anyone else on a similar average who'd do a good job, Barker would fit but he's got so many off track behaviour issues for me.

If we can't get Berge then I'd sacrifice one of the three big hitters just to give us a bit more stability in the engine room.

People look at averages too simplistically.

Look at the team Basso was in last season, competition within his own team wasn't of high calibre.

If the team is to have Pedersen / Iversen, Tungate / Worrall & / or Holder, the standard is much greater to compete with.

Then there's the opposition where other teams have also improved their quality too.

I think Basso will very much struggle to maintain his near 7 average

I can't agree he beats his average all day long.

Worrall and Tungate does on paper look stronger certainly at home.

Is there a new 4 pointer we could find?

Pinch Emil from Ipswich (if hes going there) instead of Pedersen then use Hans Andersen

Would rather Craig Cook than Andersen personally on around the same average

Ditto. Cook could get to 6.00, no chance in Hans.

I hope Cookie gets another chance, he's a difficult guy to manage but if anyone can, Rob can .....

But the question is does Rob really want to try, I rather suspect we both know the answer.

Well I guess we couldn't find a mechanic for Tungate after all then.

Nicki Pedersen rumours must be true then and I'll be buying a season ticket for sure if he's in the side, The guy is box office both on and off the track.

Just goes to show you never can count a signing as done until it’s announced. Tungate was in at Peterborough a few weeks ago and I know that for a fact.
