It does make me laugh that so many say Ipswich can't afford to sign a 2nd big name to back up Doyle yet you see the same predicting Peterborough will name a big no1 backed up by NKI Holder and Basso....

Nichols or Tomlin. How deep are their pockets;)

I'm sure we could afford one,,, but just won't get one,, it's just not worth the outlay

If doyle has another year like 22 over here he’s worth every cent, a big ask as looks to be more competitive in 23, can expect plenty of changes if riders fail to produce, just got to stop the lambert or similar happening

Difference being Nicholls is a sponsor of Ipswich and his company would have specific budgets set for sponsorship, he does alot of charity work and also sponsors other forms of motorsport.

As for Tomalin at City Auction Group, if he actually becomes owner of the panthers thats a completely different ball game from just sponsoring, so if the opportunity became available to spend big on a rider then the Panthers look in the driving seat

But they'll likely line up as Holder, NKI, Basso, Tungate, Jenkins plus two so not much left points wise for a huge signing and that's a pretty costly side already before adding the final two

Don’t think the takeover happened in the end. Tungate isn’t in the side but they have Andersen for sure. So it’s either Craig cook or Richie worrall

A guess or you know that to be the case regarding the takeover?

Devastating for Rew, massive blow for the lad.

As for Holder ....I have said to Flappy on many occasion is he definetly a Panther, and he quite rightly has remained defiant, which I respect him for......But Holder is Not a Panther as we speak today.....Not saying he won't be at all, and not saying Flappy is wrong, but its not a DONE deal as of Today.

Lambert only happened because Fricke was injured.
