Well another piece of our winning jigsaw could go missing if Sheffield release news of Ellis signing tomorrow.

And if they all continue to improve and then in 12-24 months no longer qualify for the rising star scheme and subsequently the opportunities disappear I fail to see how it’s working, if the bspa really wanted to help progress British youngsters from inexperience to their full potential then they’d make team building limit tighter, that way the likes of mountain and Hume would be attractive prospects as a no.6 having graduated from the rising star scheme.

If all that happens then yes it's failed but its not done yet. I agree that maybe more could be done for Mountain & Hume, perhaps with more thought they could somehow have been guaranteed a number 6 spot somewhere but on the other hand they are 25 and 26, perhaps they aren't the type of riders the scheme should be for.

Was that on radio Suffolk?

Supporters Club AGM & quiz night.

Just paperwork to finalise before they can officially announce riders.

others items of note, NO transfers after 31st July, league matches done by end of August, draft fixtures done, more work on track banking, looking to run 16lapper but wont be in initial fixture list.

Thank you. Notice they’ve simplified the transfers thing with no “opening and closing” window. Not surprised after this year’s shenanigans. No transfers after July 31st is much more simple and easy for everyone to understand. Almost certain our (and probably most others) team will look different in August than it does in March..

Personally never been a fan of individual meetings I’m more a team speedway man, but the 16 lapper was always an exception. Always loved this event since I was a kid so pleased it’s still being considered if not guaranteed to return just yet.

Let's hope they tidy up thd regulations and remove conflicting sections rather than just adding anew "no transfers after July 31st"

If not the 'lawyers' will have a field again....

Ellis confirmed at Sheffield, as predicted. Options are now very limited on this Title winning side Louis has put together.

The fact nothing has been put out this morning by the club regarding the last two riders makes me believe even they don’t know who that last riders are yet.?

strange considering season tickets go on sale this weekend too, unless the riders are announced tomorrow.

that could be good or bad news lol

Our only hope is yesterday's U-Turn by Chris Holder in not signing for the Panthers, was to sign elsewhere and not be true he has decided not to ride the UK this season.

Leaves us potentially with Zagar and a low average rider, or as Flappy says Worrall and a Rabbit that Louis has pulled out of the bag

Now you’re asking too much here Taps! They’ve altered the “transfer window” that’s enough for this year surely..

Where has it been said Chris Holder is not riding for Peterborough?

It hasn't Forever Blue, but there is an ITK insider who thinks things have dramatically changed that end yesterday afternoon
